High Speed NAND Memory

Micron Technology, Inc. has announced that it is the first company, which sampled the 8Gb Single Level Cell (SLC) high speed NAND memory chip.
SLC high speed NAND memory chip can read data at speeds up to 200 megabytes per second (MB/s) and can write data at speeds up to 100 MB/s, which is about 5 times faster than the previous SLC NAND memory chip. It is designed on the 50-nanometer process node, Microns 8 Gb SLC high speed NAND component is sampling now to major OEMs and controller manufacturers. The bulk production may commence later in 2008.

USB Business Card

When meeting a client for first time all we need is a business card, but if you want to impress your client give him this electronic business card, call it as M++Cards. Its a memory card so you can store some information on it. You can store entire portfolio, PDF's, etc. It can be used as Business card, website card, product info card, etc. Means it will be a lot easier for you to deliver all the needed information to a client, but the only problem is that right now its only a concept. But hey its still sounds practical to have an electronic card. I hope to see this cool thing in near future.
